The Oxygen Boardroom was engineered over two years, led by Lt. Col. Earl Robinson Jr., and built by a six person team.
Earl is an early AI hardware pioneer and the inventor of a chip level AI design from the early 1980s. That hardware first discipline now shapes how our reasoning architecture works from first principles to final output.

2002 Foundations
Noramig Financial Sub Trust in South Africa launches corporate sponsored financial education programs. The goal is simple. Help people understand money decisions before those decisions shape their future.
2002–2020 Expansion
Hands on wealth literacy, thousands trained, and social development partners at scale. From there the work grows into a wider focus on how families, teams, and founders make decisions under pressure.
2017 Formal Consolidation
Wealth Creation Global Community Proprietary Limited in South Africa is established to scale programs and governance. The mission begins to shift from education alone to decision support.
2020–2022 Digital Acceleration
Online delivery, structured education at reach, and the first serious experiments with AI assisted reasoning in real world financial and strategic decisions.
2021 United States Presence
Wealth Creation Global Community Limited Liability Company is formed in the United States. The work now runs across continents with a shared standard of integrity and governance.
2022–2024 AI Innovation Era
February 2023 begins the build of Cassian and the Oxygen Boardroom to deliver boardroom grade clarity for founders and executives. Elara is added to orchestrate the flow across eight executive lenses so each seat serves the decision. Micah holds the underlying pattern library so the reasoning stays consistent. Abigail supports translation into clear actions. 2024 tests and refines the system in live decisions with real consequences.
February 2025 Market Deployment
After final internal sign off, the Oxygen Boardroom moves from internal use into the hands of business leaders and decision makers. Decisions become clearer. Risk drops. Confidence rises.
Our Proof of Thinking work includes our early analysis of the Genius Act, signed into law July 18, 2025. We published a quiet three part LinkedIn series in the first week of August 2025. This is one example of how this Boardroom performs when policy, capital, and technology collide.
