Questions
What serious clients ask us first
This page is for owners, founders, chief executives and senior investors
who already carry the weight of final responsibility and want to know exactly
what they are stepping into before they work with the Oxygen Boardroom.
Is this built for someone like me
We work with leaders who already make real decisions with real consequences.
Fit check
A fast scan to see if this is built for you
You are a fit if you
  • own or lead a business or fund
  • carry final accountability for capital, people, or key assets
  • sit in rooms where decisions are defended, not just presented
You are not a fit if you only want
  • a clever AI trick to impress people on social media
  • a light tool to give to a junior team member
  • generic templates to add to your existing stack
You are here because you want
  • deeper reasoning
  • clearer trade offs
  • a call you can defend in serious rooms with investors, partners, or your own leadership team
How much of my time will this take
First step
  • A single thirty minute walkthrough
  • Using one live decision that is already on your desk
You see how the Oxygen Boardroom thinks, challenges and clarifies in real time. If that session is not useful on a real decision you should not continue with us.
If we both agree there is a fit
We design a working rhythm that protects your time.
  • You bring the real situation and the constraints that matter
  • We do the heavy thinking and synthesis across eight executive lenses
  • You leave with one Oxygen Brief and a small set of concrete moves
Oxygen Brief
One page of clarity for one decision
What is the Oxygen Brief
The Oxygen Brief is one page.
It turns one live decision into one clear call you can defend in a serious room.
It is written so a board, an investment committee, or counsel can read it fast and still challenge it properly.
It is not a summary of everything.
It is the few things that change the call, stated cleanly.
What is inside the Oxygen Brief
  • The decision in one sentence
  • The outcome we are solving for
  • The facts that matter most
  • What must be true for the call to hold
  • The trade offs, including what you give up
  • The real risks, including second order effects
  • Guardrails, what you will not do
What is inside the Oxygen Brief - Part 2
  • A recommended path and the main viable alternatives
  • What you measure, what you watch, and what would change the call
  • The next moves, sequenced so execution is calm, not chaotic
Can I share the Oxygen Brief with my board or advisors
Yes.
You can share it with the people who help you sign, defend, or execute the call.
It is designed to travel without turning your private situation into public content.
If something should stay out of the brief, we keep it out and keep the logic intact.
Is the Oxygen Brief legal, tax, or investment advice
No.
It is decision clarity.
We help you surface the trade offs, risks, and guardrails so the decision can be defended.
You and your advisors still make and sign the final call.
When do I receive the Oxygen Brief
In most cases, the Oxygen Brief is delivered the same day.
If the decision needs a short follow up pass, we agree the turnaround upfront.
Either way, you will know the delivery timing before we begin.

Who you work with
The senior people involved, and what each one does
Who is actually doing the work with me
You work with a small senior core team, not a junior pool.
Core roles include
  • Strategic architect and lead strategist
  • Operational and systems lead
  • Market and growth lead
  • Risk and legal thinking
  • Narrative and communication
Different people step forward at different moments but it is the same small team that stays with you over time.
You are
  • not passed along a delivery chain
  • not left alone with a library of prompts or generic playbooks
This is a thinking relationship, not a self service product.
How deep do you go into my world
We operate at the decision layer.
To begin, you bring
  • one live situation that matters
  • a short written premise in a few paragraphs
  • key constraints and non negotiables
Together we
  • challenge and refine the premise
  • work it through eight executive lenses
  • make the trade offs explicit
  • name the real risks and guardrails
  • sequence the next moves so they can be executed
As the relationship deepens, we
  • watch how decisions play out in your market
  • tune the Oxygen Boardroom patterns to your context
  • adjust any AI systems around it so they stay aligned with the reality of your company, not a static blueprint
Private by default
Private by default. No recording. No spectators.
How private is this really
We treat every engagement as private by default, not as marketing content.
Two layers of privacy
First session walkthrough
  • We only capture what we need to run the room and produce your one Oxygen Brief.
  • Access is limited to the senior member of our team you engage with.
  • Nobody else has access to what you share.
  • If you want, we can share back what we captured and then delete it from our side.
Ongoing client access
If we both agree there is a fit and you become a client, you control your own login.
We cannot see inside your private Boardroom unless you deliberately choose to share something with us in a live session.
What private by default means in practice
  • We do not use your name in public materials.
  • No public testimonials.
  • No client logos.
  • No case studies that identify you, your company, or your transactions.
  • No recycling of your situations into examples that can be traced back to you.
Your advantage stays yours.
Your private material is not turned into public content.
What happens to my material after the first session
In the first session, we only capture what we need to run the room and produce your one Oxygen Brief.
Access is limited to the senior member of our team you engage with.
If you want, we can share back what we captured and then delete it from our side.
If we both agree there is a fit, we agree scope, access, and any retention in writing before we proceed.
Can we put a non disclosure agreement in place
Yes.
For clients, non disclosure terms are built into our working agreements.
If you want formal paperwork in place before you share deeper detail, we can put it in place upfront.
Private by default is how we operate.
Do you record sessions or add observers
No.
We do not record.
We do not add spectators.
If you choose to record, that is your choice.
If you choose to invite someone from your team, that is your choice.
Do you train public AI models on my decision content
No.
We do not train public AI models on your decision content.
Trust and terms
A plain language summary of what changes if you continue
How do you handle conflicts of interest
If anything could distort the work, we disclose it before we proceed.
You decide whether we continue.
We do not accept outcome tied incentives on your decision.
What does this cost if we decide to continue
First thirty minute walkthrough
  • One live decision
  • No financial cost
You see exactly how we work before any formal commitment.
If we both agree there is a fit
Pricing reflects
  • the depth of involvement
  • the pace and volume of decisions
  • the level of responsibility you carry
  • how tightly you want us woven into your rhythm
We do not
  • sell a quick one off pass through the Boardroom
  • train your team on tools and then step away
When a client continues with us, we build a working relationship
We
  • sit with you at the decision layer
  • watch how calls land in your world
  • keep refining both the Boardroom thinking
  • and the supporting systems as your company grows
You are not paying to be taught software. You are paying for a small senior team that
  • learns your context over time
  • helps you use the tools in the right way at the right moment
  • adjusts the system as new challenges and opportunities appear
In every case
  • scope
  • cadence
  • and fees
are agreed in writing before we proceed.
No surprises. No hidden layers.
